Prepare Your China Forwarder Handover

1. Confirm the receiving warehouse

Wholesale quotations include domestic freight from Shantou to your designated receiving warehouse in China. The buyer and their forwarder arrange overseas freight, destination clearance and the related charges and taxes.

Warehouse details to prepare

• Complete warehouse name and address in China.
• Receiving contact and telephone number.
• Booking or inbound reference, if required.
• Receiving hours and appointment requirements.
• Required shipping marks and carton numbering.
• Any pallet or loose-carton requirements for confirmation before dispatch.

2. Check packing data for the selected model

Confirm the model and scent, quantity and counting unit, units per carton, carton count, gross weight and carton dimensions. Check the units stated with every measurement.

For a set, retain every component size in the product description and confirm how complete sets are counted. Carton packing depends on the model and packaging version.

Mixed-batch orders are not supported. Each carton contains one model and one scent.

3. Align the documents and route

Review the quotation, PI, commercial invoice and packing list against the agreed product, quantities and packing. Send any document requirements from your importer or forwarder during quotation review so availability and applicability can be confirmed for the specific product and shipment.

Air freight and international courier feasibility depend on the selected product, destination and carrier. Confirm the route before dispatch arrangements are agreed.

4. Record receipt and any issue

Ask your forwarder to check carton counts and outer condition at the receiving warehouse and record any discrepancy against the order reference.

For minor damage or leakage during international sea freight, send clear photos and your order reference for review. Once confirmed, the affected quantity is replenished free of charge with your next order. Other cases are reviewed for the specific order.
