Prepare Your Wholesale Fragrance Quotation

1. Identify the model and complete product

Record the model code, scent and specification. For a set such as 60ML + 10ML, keep both component sizes together. Do not turn them into a single bottle volume or assume the set can be split.

Use one product entry for the selection you want quoted. If you need to compare alternatives, identify them as alternatives and ask our team to confirm the applicable order requirements. Mixed-batch orders are not supported.

2. Check the quantity and packing unit

• State the quantity required and whether you mean individual units, complete sets or cartons.
• Ask for the confirmed units per carton and the minimum for that model and packaging.
• Confirm which unit the quoted price counts.
• Keep fragrance and colour conditions separate if customization applies.
• Each carton contains one model and one scent. Different fragrances cannot be combined to meet a per-fragrance minimum.

3. Review the quotation and PI

Check the model and scent, complete specification, quoted price unit, quantity, carton packing, applicable volume tier and subtotal together. Review payment, document requirements and the delivery warehouse before confirming the order.

Standard quotations are in USD for bank transfer (T/T). RMB settlement is available through a buying agent or registered entity in China; raise other currency requests before the quotation is confirmed.

Prices, specifications and commercial terms follow the official quotation or PI.

4. Confirm the stock dispatch stage

After PI confirmation, confirmed in-stock goods dispatch from Shantou within 48 hours after full payment is received. This is warehouse dispatch time; domestic and international transit are separate.

Before dispatch, confirm the receiving address, warehouse contact, required booking reference and shipping marks with your forwarder.
