1. Compare the changes you are considering
| Change | What to share | What needs confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Label or box artwork | Product reference, artwork and the exact text or design changes | Material, printing options, sample requirements and artwork approval |
| Bottle colour, cap or other packaging | The selected model, colour and component references | Compatibility, available components, minimum quantities and any tooling costs |
| Fragrance direction | Fragrance family, key notes or a reference direction | Formulation work, evaluation samples, development timing and costs |
| Client-supplied components | Component specifications and the parts you will supply | Fit, compatibility, testing requirements and the agreed filling or assembly work |
These are topics for review. Confirm the available changes for your selected model before ordering artwork, components or tooling.
2. Keep each minimum and counting unit clear
Ask the quotation to identify the requirement for each change: the quantity, counting unit, fragrance or colour condition, and the component or product it applies to.
A fragrance minimum and a bottle-colour minimum are separate requirements. Do not choose the lower figure as a substitute for both, combine different fragrances to reach a per-fragrance minimum, or convert individual-unit quantities into set quantities without confirmation.
Mixed-batch orders are not supported. Each carton contains one model and one scent.
3. Agree samples and development fees
For minor label changes, sample preparation usually takes about 10 days. For an agreed label-customization order, the agreed sampling and design fee is credited in full against the corresponding bulk-order payment.
Standard product samples, courier charges, formulation work and mold fees follow their separate quotation terms. Development beyond minor label changes has its own schedule.
Before approving the sample, check the model, complete specification, fragrance, artwork version and packaging. If you request another change, confirm whether a revised sample, cost or schedule is needed before approving production.
4. Confirm production and payment
Custom orders use a 50% deposit after the contract and pre-production sample are approved. The remaining 50% is payable before shipment after the agreed inspection.
Bulk production usually takes about 15 to 20 days once packaging components are ready and pre-production samples are approved. Confirm the schedule and any separate development stages in the quotation and PI.
All prices, carton specifications, order units and delivery schedules are confirmed in your official Quotation or Proforma Invoice from Shantou Chaoweiyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (CHAOWEIYANG).
